The three questions
Menu, hours, do you deliver. They arrive constantly, they arrive when the kitchen is busiest, and the answer is the same every time. Three automations covers most of a week’s messages.
Comment “menu”
Post the special, tell people to comment menu, and the link goes to every one of them privately. The public reply — “Sent it over 📩” — keeps the comments section looking like somewhere a person works.
Hours and delivery, on keywords
Set open, timing, hours and closed for one automation, and deliver, delivery and home delivery for another. Both run at 11pm, which is when a surprising share of them are asked.
Booking, with a number attached
Put the booking link in a button rather than in the text. It becomes a tracked short link, so at the end of the week you know the Friday post sent 84 people to the booking page — not just that it got a lot of likes.
What to leave to a person
Put complaint, refund, cold, late and wrong order on the exclusion list of every automation. Someone with a bad experience getting a cheerful automated menu link is worse than no reply at all.
