Where the money leaks
Small shops on Facebook lose sales in two places: the comment nobody answered, and the question nobody was awake for. Both are fixable with one rule each.
Start here
Comment → price list. Set price, pricing, how much and rate as keywords on every post. The public reply tells the rest of the comments section that you answer; the private message delivers the actual list.
Keyword → shipping answer. Set ship, shipping, delivery and deliver, with shipment lost on the exclusion list so a complaint reaches a person.
Story reply → best sellers. Every reply to a story becomes a three-card carousel of what you want to move this week.
Then read the numbers
After a fortnight the carousel tells you which product people tap, not just that somebody tapped. That is a merchandising decision you can make on Monday: lead with the hoodie, find out why the cap is not landing, and drop the card nobody has touched.
Restock alerts without a mailing list tool
Add an email capture step to the automation that fires when something is out of stock. “Want to know when it’s back? Drop your email” — one tap, straight into your contacts, exportable whenever you want to send the alert.
Order status stays human
Do not automate “where is my order”. The automation does not know, and a confident wrong answer about a late parcel costs more than the time it saves. Put those words on the exclusion list.
