The five-tabs problem
Running Messenger for five clients usually means five browser tabs, five logins, and no way to answer “which automation is working” without opening all of them.
How LeadWave is arranged
Everything hangs off a connected Page. Contacts, automations, saved replies, labels and AI knowledge are all scoped to one Page and never shared between two — so a client’s customer list is their customer list, and the AI answering for a restaurant cannot quote a salon’s price list.
Above that sits one workspace, one login, and one inbox with every Page’s threads in it, colour-coded so you always know who you are speaking as.
Team seats
Up to five people on the Business plan, with roles that mean something:
- Admin — everything, including billing and connecting Pages
- Manager — replies in the inbox and edits automations, cannot touch billing
- Viewer — read-only, for the client who wants to watch
Reporting without a spreadsheet evening
Connect Google Sheets per Page and every captured lead appends itself to that client’s spreadsheet the moment it arrives, with the automation that captured it attached. The monthly report writes itself while you are asleep.
Handing a Page back
Disconnect it and its access token is deleted immediately. The client’s data goes with the Page, which is what they would want and what you should be able to promise them.
